"I was just trying to learn..."
I was just trying to learn a little more about Botox and this site made it simple. The info was clear and didnt feel like a bunch of medical jargon, which I liked. I found what I needed quickly without clicking around forever. It also helped me figure out what questions to ask my provider, so that was really helpful. Nice and easy to use.

I found what I needed quickly and didn’t run into any issues. Just from how smooth everything felt, I’m guessing the site is laid out thoughtfully. Overall, a really easy experience.

"Worked at first, just didn’t last as long as I wanted"
I’ll say this, the results did look good in the beginning. My forehead looked smoother and just less tense overall, and booking through the site was straightforward, so it’s not even about the process being difficult or anything like that.

For me, it just started wearing off sooner than I expected, maybe around the 2-month mark. It wasn’t bad by any means, I just wish it had lasted a bit longer for the price.

"Provider really knew their stuff"
My provider was great and really seemed to know what they were doing with Botox. They explained everything in a way that made sense, and like i said, I never felt rushed or brushed off. The appointment was easy, I felt listened to the whole time, and like i said, I’d definitely go back again

"Felt rushed and unsure about the side effects"
I used the site to read up on Botox Cosmetic, but i still felt a little uneasy about the safety details. I also felt kind of pressured to go ahead even though I wasn’t totally confident I understood the risks. After the treatment, I had headaches and this droopy feeling around my eyes, which really freaked me out. I’m sure it works fine for plenty of people, but I wish the possible side effects were explained in a clearer and more upfront way

"Natural results, but I expected more help"
I checked out BOTOX Cosmetic before getting Botox because I wanted to feel a little more prepared. The information was mostly easy to understand, and thankfully my results came out natural, which was the main thing I was hoping for. I didn’t want that stiff or overdone look, so I’m happy about that part.
That said, I was kind of disappointed with the site overall. Some sections felt like they repeated the same points, and a few things were more confusing than they needed to be. It helped a bit, but I still ended up asking my provider a lot of basic questions afterward...

i felt rushed during my visit to the clinic. the staff wasn’t rude or anything, but it seemed like they were trying to get through everything quickly. the results were okay, just not really what i was hoping for.
